How to Avoid Getting Banned

Follow these important safety guidelines to protect your Pixel Gun 3D account from bans while using Stella. Taking the right precautions will help you enjoy modding safely and securely.

If You Got Banned

Follow the steps for your platform to quickly reset traces and try again:

  • Android
Delete the app data for Pixel Gun 3D (Settings → Apps → Pixel Gun 3D → Storage → Clear Data).
  • iOS

  • Windows

01

Don't Add More Than 10,000 Currency

One of the most common reasons for bans is adding excessive amounts of currency. Pixel Gun 3D will ban you for this.

Safe Practice:

  • Add 10,000 or less currency at a time
  • Add currency gradually over time instead of all at once

What NOT to Do:

  • Adding millions of coins or gems at once
  • Spam adding currency even if it's under 10k at a time
02

Don't Add All Weapons (New Accounts)

Adding all weapons will automatically get you banned on a new account within 24 hours.

Safe Practice:

  • Wait at least 24 hours before adding all weapons to a new account
  • Add weapons individually
  • Add only the weapons you need
03

Don't get reported

Getting reported will certainly get you banned especially if your account is blatantly modded.

Safe Practice:

  • Don't mention modding to other plays
  • Don't include your ID in screenshots
